SUMMARY:Deb's Retirement Happy Hour - CHEERS TO 30 YEARS!
DESCRIPTION:Join us as we celebrate the retirement of Deb Stephens after 30 years of keeping STL NECA running smoothly. \nLet’s be honest… Deb has been the brains behind the operation\, the keeper of all knowledge\, and the one who somehow always knew the answer before we even finished the question. We’re still trying to figure out how the office will function without her\, or at the very least\, where she keeps everything. \nAll jokes aside\, Deb’s impact over the past three decades is unmatched\, and we can’t let her slip away without a proper send-off. \nCome raise a glass\, share a story\, and help us give Deb the celebration she absolutely deserves. \nCLICK THE INVITATION TO RSVP NOW!

SUMMARY:Leading with Success - Refresher 2 Day Course 9/15 & 9/16
DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION AT BOTTOM OF PAGE \nSTL NECA Members $160 per attendee ($800 no show fee) \nNECA Members outside the St. Louis Chapter – $1\,000 per attendee \nSignatory Contractors – $1\,500 per attendee \nWhy Take the Leading with Success Refresher Course? \n• Leadership is not a one-time skill set – it is a practice that must evolve as people\,\nteams\, and workplaces change. The Leadership Refresher Course is designed for\nleaders who have already completed the original full-day program and want to\nstrengthen their effectiveness by revisiting and applying its most critical concepts. \n• This refresher is not a repeat of the original course; it is an opportunity to review\nkey concepts\, learn new tools within those concepts\, sharpen skills\, deepen\nconfidence\, and translate learning into consistent leadership behaviors. \n• Since completing the original course\, leaders have likely faced new challenges:\nshifting workforce expectations\, multigenerational teams\, increased workloads\,\nand greater pressure to deliver results through others. The refresher course\nreconnects participants to the core foundations of situational leadership\, effective\ncommunication\, coaching\, performance management\, and team leadership while\nemphasizing real-world application. Leaders revisit how to flex their leadership\nstyle based on the needs of individuals\, teams\, and situations\, ensuring they lead\nwith intention rather than habit. \n• The refresher also reinforces the communication and coaching skills that have the\ngreatest impact on performance. Participants practice delivering clear\nexpectations\, providing meaningful feedback using proven tools such as the STAR\nmethod\, and conducting productive performance conversations. By reexamining\nthese skills\, leaders gain renewed clarity on how to motivate\, recognize\, and\ndevelop their people rather than simply managing tasks. \n• As organizations continue to evolve\, hiring\, delegation\, conflict management\, and\nchange leadership have become more complex. This refresher revisits behavioral\ninterviewing techniques to help leaders make better hiring decisions\, reduce\nturnover\, and avoid costly mistakes. Leaders also refine their delegation and\nempowerment skills\, learning how to build capability and accountability across\ntheir teams. Through practical discussion and scenarios\, participants strengthen\ntheir ability to address conflict constructively and guide employees through change\nwith empathy and confidence. \n• Finally\, the refresher brings all concepts together by renewing the focus on\nbuilding and sustaining high-performing teams. Leaders leave with a clear\nunderstanding of how their daily actions influence trust\, engagement\, and results. \nThe outcome is renewed focus\, practical tools\, and a clear action plan helping\nleaders move from knowing what to do to consistently doing it well. \n\n \n \n RSVP Now - Leading with Success: 2 Day - Refresher Course\n \n "*" indicates required fields \n \n X/TwitterThis field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.First and Last Name*Company:*Attendee Job Title:Attendee Email:*\n \n Phone*This field is hidden when viewing the formAttendee Phone NumberDietary Restrictions or preferences (skip if none)Contractor Business Address:* \n \n \n \n Street Address\n \n \n Address Line 2\n \n \n City\n \n AlabamaAlaskaAmerican SamoaArizonaArkansasCaliforniaColoradoConnecticutDelawareDistrict of ColumbiaFloridaGeorgiaGuamHawaiiIdahoIllinoisIndianaIowaKansasKentuckyLouisianaMaineMarylandMassachusettsMichiganMinnesotaMississippiMissouriMontanaNebraskaNevadaNew HampshireNew JerseyNew MexicoNew YorkNorth CarolinaNorth DakotaNorthern Mariana IslandsOhioOklahomaOregonPennsylvaniaPuerto RicoRhode IslandSouth CarolinaSouth DakotaTennesseeTexasUtahU.S. Virgin IslandsVermontVirginiaWashingtonWest VirginiaWisconsinWyomingArmed Forces AmericasArmed Forces EuropeArmed Forces Pacific\n State\n \n \n ZIP Code\n \n \n $160 Registration Fee for St. Louis Chapter NECA | Contractors will be invoiced $800 for each no show.NECA Members outside the St. Louis Chapter - $1\,000 per attendee | \n\nSignatory Contractors - $1\,500 per attendee \nComments or Questions\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nBrentwood Community Center\n2505 S.
