DESCRIPTION:This is a 2-Day Course offered FREE to St Louis Chapter Members. There will be a $250 no show fee. \n*IMPORTANT: This is a TRAIN-THE-TRAINER course. Attendees will learn how to teach the class\, not attend the class itself. Multiply Your Training Impact: Instead of sending field leaders to training one at a time\, this program equips your team to deliver NECA’s Field Leadership Essentials Course in-house. One trained facilitator can help develop dozens of current and future field leaders within your company.\n2. Strengthen Your Leadership Pipeline: The electrical industry needs strong field leaders now more than ever. This program provides trainers with the tools and confidence to teach the leadership\, communication\, and people-management skills that help foremen and emerging leaders succeed.\n3. Position Your Company as an Industry Leader: Contractors who invest in developing their people stand out. By training your own facilitators\, your company demonstrates a commitment to workforce development\, leadership excellence\, and the future of our industry. You’ll also help expand leadership training opportunities throughout our chapter and the broader NECA community.\n4. Build Internal Training Capacity: Many contractors rely on a small number of people to train and develop employees. Sending multiple team members creates a deeper bench of capable instructors who can support workforce development\, succession planning\, and long-term growth.\n5.
