Your presence and vote as a member are essential to ensuring the bylaws best reflect the interests of all members of the association.

Parking: Parking Garage (Parking will be validated)

IMPORTANT:

The accredited representative is the person authorized to vote on behalf of the member company.

If you are the accredited representative and ARE ATTENDING:
• No further voting action is needed.

If you are the accredited representative and ARE NOT ATTENDING:
• You may designate someone else who will be in attendance to vote on your company’s behalf.
• The designation must come from the accredited representative in writing. Please clearly state who you are authorizing to vote in your absence and email it to karen@stlneca.org
• Only the accredited representative, or the person they have designated in writing, may vote.

If you are NOT THE ACCREDITED REP and have been AUTHORIZED TO VOTE:
• Please ensure the accredited rep has emailed karen@stlneca.org and given written permission for you to vote on your company’s behalf.
