Power Hour Roundtable 3-4pm: An informal, open-discussion session held one hour before our Membership Meeting. This is not a presentation…it’s a conversation. Enjoy an open bar, open dialogue, and the opportunity to connect with industry peers, exchange perspectives, and learn from one another in a relaxed setting. Facilitated by Laurie Calzada, this session will focus on leadership and culture, including:

• Strengthening emotional intelligence to improve communication, collaboration, and team performance
• Building a culture of accountability and engagement
• Leading through change and uncertainty
• Developing leaders at every level of the organization
