The St. Louis Chapter hotel block is at W Las Vegas

The St. Louis Chapter hotel block is at W Las Vegas, Marriott’s newly rebranded luxury all-suite hotel located within the Mandalay Bay Resort complex. We will have access to Mandalay Bay’s restaurants, entertainment, and pool amenities, and a convenient indoor walk to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. As a Marriott property, members can earn Marriott Bonvoy points for their stay at W. When registering and booking your room, be sure to enter your Marriott Bonvoy number in the “Hotel Loyalty #” section. If you do not have your number available at the time of registration, you can add it later to your reservation or provide it when checking in at the hotel. You may also link your reservation to your Bonvoy account now although it may not appear in the Marriott Bonvoy app until closer to our arrival date.

Chapter Dinner Reservations

To ensure inclusion in St. Louis Chapter events and reservations, please register for Convention by June 24. Registrations received after that date may not be accommodated in all Chapter activities due to venue and reservation deadlines that require advance commitments.

Member Incentive Reimbursement Reminder

If you plan to participate in the Chapter’s Member Incentive Reimbursement Program, please remember to save all convention-related receipts and invoices, including registration, hotel, airfare, and other eligible expenses. Reimbursement requests will only be accepted after the convention with all supporting documentation included at one time. Start a file now and keep them organized for easy submittal.

Monday 10/5 : OPEN EVENING – Reserved for STL NECA members to schedule independent plans, including vendor-hosted dinners, peer group meetings, or individual activities.

Tues 10/6 : STL CHAPTER Dinner

Wed 10/7 : Closing Reception: Dinner on Mandalay Bay Beach with open bar and Goo Goo Dolls
