Ameren Delivers 24/7 Project Access with All-New Construction Portal
Ameren is excited to announce the launch of its all-new Construction Portal coming soon. This free digital tool puts 24/7 access in the hands of contractors, builders, electricians and others who need to connect with Ameren to request installs, upgrades/relocates and removals, receive status updates, add contact information and other resources regarding the request. Portal users will save time with easy self-service features, including a chat feature that saves the full conversation with each request.
Our customers, builders and developers are crucial to the growth and prosperity of our communities. That’s why we offer support for projects from beginning to end. Anyone who needs to register for portal access, or has questions about the portal, should email us directly at constructionportal@ameren.com.
SPEAKER BIO: Laura Klipfel is a strategic and customer-focused leader with more than 15 years of experience in customer solutions, stakeholder engagement, and cross functional project management. As a Customer Solutions Supervisor at Ameren, Laura leads a team of Business Analysts focused on driving customer engagement, improving digital experiences, and supporting initiatives that deliver measurable value. Laura served as the Missouri Business Lead for the Construction Portal project, where she helped translate customer and stakeholder needs into system enhancements that streamline processes and elevate the customer experience. Known for her collaborative approach, Laura has successfully led high impact projects, built strong community and internal partnerships, and executed marketing and outreach strategies across the organization. She holds an M.A. in Strategic Communication & Leadership from Maryville University and dual bachelor’s degrees from Southeast Missouri State University. Laura is a Prosci certified Change Management expert, SAFe Agile trained, and an Ameren ELEVATE leadership program graduate.

Document Crunch Offers Powerful Tools to Help Your Team Work Smarter
NECA St. Louis members have complimentary access to Document Crunch through the NECA/ELECTRI member benefit. This educational session will introduce the platform, demonstrate how it works, and show how contractors are using it to better understand contract obligations, identify risk, and protect project margins.
