Ameren Delivers 24/7 Project Access with All-New Construction Portal

Ameren is excited to announce the launch of its all-new Construction Portal coming soon. This free digital tool puts 24/7 access in the hands of contractors, builders, electricians and others who need to connect with Ameren to request installs, upgrades/relocates and removals, receive status updates, add contact information and other resources regarding the request. Portal users will save time with easy self-service features, including a chat feature that saves the full conversation with each request.

Our customers, builders and developers are crucial to the growth and prosperity of our communities. That’s why we offer support for projects from beginning to end. Anyone who needs to register for portal access, or has questions about the portal, should email us directly at constructionportal@ameren.com.
